Ylva Mazetti Ylva Mazetti was born in 1973 and has an Associate in arts degree in Arts and Philosophy from Santa Monica College, US (1998) and a Masters degree in Fine Arts from Umeå Academy of Fine Arts (2003). Mazetti's work often strive for the burlesque but never quite get there, somehow ending up organized and sanitary instead. The body of the house has had a recurring position in her work, serving as a useful backdrop to the various subjects discussed, as well as symbol for the distinction between mine and yours.
