Kalle Brolin My name is Kalle Brolin, I am an artist working mostly with videoinstallations, and I also write for an alternative Swedish newspaper about social art projects and the definition of the term 'political art'. The published newspaper articles are included in my installations whenever topics congregate, adding different perspectives to the question at hand - the articles provide historical facts and reports on social trends, the videos show associative imagery and symbols, as well as portraits of people concerned. The third component is performative live talks commenting upon the installation, wherein I connect the same story to my own personal experiences.
